An agency that started as a customer.

I run Spa On Wheels, a mobile detailing business serving Canton and Akron, Ohio. Like most owner-operators, I spent my days doing the work and my evenings catching up on the messages I missed while doing it.

I did what owners are told to do. I hired a marketing agency. I paid an SEO company. The ads brought in messages, and the calendar still had holes in it. Nobody could tell me why.

So I went looking myself. I read every conversation in our inbox for a full month, 166 of them, and the answer was not the ads at all. Customers were reaching out and then hearing nothing, or hearing back too late. In four out of five conversations, once the customer went quiet, we did too.

I tried everything on the shelf. The agencies, the software, the "all-in-one" platforms. I did it all, and none of it had what I actually needed: something that answered every customer, followed up on its own, booked the job, and was built by someone who had lived the problem. So I built my own, with my co-founder Emad Ali.

Emad is a passionate builder with the same mindset I have: help new businesses scale and grow, automate the work that eats their time, and make them more money. We are not a marketing agency that discovered automation. We are two people who needed it, built it, ran it on a real business until it worked, and now install it for other owners.

We rebuilt the whole process: an assistant that replies right away and books real openings, follow-ups that never forget, contact details captured every time, and every booked job tracked back to where it came from. Within weeks the calendar was full enough that I had to pause the ads.

Our goal is genuine and simple: get every business we work with to the point where automation carries the busywork, so the owner can scale to wherever they want to take it. We believe the sky is the limit, and we build like it.
